The atWork Australia team from Fairfield was welcomed by the TES HR Team, Cassandra, Ryan and Ellie, into their Villawood facility. This enabled the close relationship that continues to be supported today. atWork Australia was able to understand the work being undertaken, the culture created, and the Core Values being displayed to ensure that clients put forward for opportunities possess the right skills and attitudes to fit within the culture and thrive.
Throughout the continued journey between atWork Australia and TES, there have been over 30 clients placed into employment, from casual employees to full-time permanent team members across the country. Some of those employees have stayed with the company for 12 months and more.
TES continues to accept and encourage referrals from atWork Australia even during this challenging pandemic period.
