We hire Job Coaches with local knowledge and connections. Paul is one of our dedicated Hobart-based Job Coaches, who can assist you from any of our local offices. He has a Diploma of Forest Technology and over 16 years’ hospitality experience working in 4- and 5-star hotels. Paul moved to Tasmania 13 years ago with his family and has more than 12 years’ experience in the employment industry. He works hard to understand what people need to move forward, he understands the local labour market, and he wants to give people the best opportunity to find work that is both suitable and sustainable.
