Disability Employment Services client, Nate* has lived with severe mental health and self-belief for extended period of time. This, in combination with being out of the workforce for a year, meant that his self-belief and confidence was at a low. So, in order to achieve his goals, he approached the atWork Australia team in Shellharbour, NSW.
In his first appointment with his Job Coach, Gabrielle, the pair got to know each other and how they could best work together to achieve Nate’s goals. With each interaction with Gabrielle, Nate’s confidence grew, and with time he was ready to embrace this confidence and speak with employers about job opportunities.
Within only two weeks of working with atWork Australia, Nate landed a job as a Truck Washer/Assistant Detailer.
