Probe CX are dedicated to creating a workplace that gives atWork Australia clients the best opportunity to thrive in. Once an atWork Australia client commences employment, they are offered six weeks of paid training to ensure they are comfortable and confident to perform their roles.
As this partnership matures under the nurturing of National Partnership Manager, Roger, the atWork Australia team are developing a better understanding of the skills and traits Probe CX are looking for in their new employees. This helps ensure the clients who are referred are well suited for the position.
“atWork Australia have been dedicated through all points of the recruitment process. Working with Jess, Nicholas, Caroline, and Roger has proven to be valuable in filling our available opportunities,” said James, Call Centre Manager.
So far in 2024, Probe CX have employed 17 atWork Australia clients. The process of screening clients and helping them prepare for interviews is proving to be very successful. James continued, “The work put in by the atWork Australia team prior to a client being interviewed directly by Probe Group has been very beneficial. When atWork Australia refer a client, we are confident they are being supported every step of the way.”
Every two weeks, Probe CX facilitates an information session for atWork Australia clients to learn more about the opportunities on offer. From here, suitable candidates can progress directly to the interview stage.
It was the initiative of the Western Australia Team to commence fortnightly recruitment days that led to Probe CX extending this concept to other states.
atWork Australia looks forward to continuing to develop this wonderful relationship. More importantly, we look forward to watching our clients thrive and progress on their employment journey.
